Anyone know how to cook Corned Beef?
I sprinkle on meat tenderizer, your favorite spices, wrap loose in AL foil and cook on grill using indirect method. Once you get The brisket on the grill Open top off foil and attempt to dump in full can of beer. Re seal the best you can and walk away. I have cooked mine as long as 6 or 7 hours at about 200 degrees or so then about an hour or so before eating, open foil up and let it dry up some and get some smoke/charcoal flavour.. I use a side box type cooker.
It does smell good in the backyard! Just a good time.
I ve also had good oven results buy covering in AL foil also.. It needs to stay moiste.
But hands down the crocpot early in the morning, then come home and eat later that day is the best.
