I believe your thread title is misleading.

From the article....

I'm sure here in the States, we have at least three of something bad that could crawl out from under a rock.
And I'm sure it would spark outrage.

If Netherlands laws cite that forming a three man political Party is legal then the Dutch courts hands were tied.

 

I don't understand why you would think having a political party for something that is illegal should be allowed.
Also I wouldn't consider their penalties for the crimes very tough.

Van den Berg was fined and given a suspended prison sentence for molesting an 11-year-old boy in 1987.

Look, don't put me in a position of defending pedophiles.
My point was the broad brush you used to paint the Netherlands
for the actions of three, which were/are detested in that country
when politcal parties of an illegal intent also exist in the Good Ole' US of A.
