Sorry if this is the wrong forum for this thread:

I'm considering purchasing a '95 Escort wagon with 122K. Does anyone have any input or feedback about this vehicle, particularly the MPG with a 5 speed?

Well with a 5-speed; a lot depends on your lead foot and shifting.

I had a 92 hatchback and after about 110k it started nickle and diming me to death. Finally got rid of it.

I had the automatic and the MPG was about what you would expect.
