Supposedly it's art.

Next time you're in New York City, go to the Museum of Modern Art.

Go in and ask one of the helpful volunteers to direct you to Dali's -

Retrospective Bust of a Woman

Go to where they tell you to, and see this:

I don't know. You tell me.

Well, I don't think it's art at all. But I'm from Jersey, so what do I know.

BTW.....are you able to see my posts?

I've never been able to understand what some people call art. That's just tacky if you ask me but it's probably worth millions.

Wish I had the guts to throw some bread on a statue, label it art and display it in public. . .I too could be a millionaire. . .sigh. . .

With my luck the birds would eat the bread and poop all over the statue. . .but hey!! That could be art too!!!

Define "art"....

The name "Retrospective Bust of a Woman" says more than the "Art" does.

It seems to me to be a represenative of the womens former role as a gatherer. By the corn on her neck and the bread on her head.

The tribal necklace seems to represent womens repressions, to me anyway. Why else would you put a tribal necklace on a white woman?

I dont know what the tattoos might represent and can't tell what is going on on top of the bread.

Ohh I thought it was tattoos.

Well that supports the gathering theme, ants are gatherers.
The placement.... hmmm wierd.

I'm trying to find a bigger pic to see whats going on, on top of the bread.

I am more concerned about the effort put into the signature of a fake name.

You do still know that Kobiashi is not really a person, don't you buddy?

Hang in there.

I'm missing something (but then I'm preoccupied at the moment).

I threw my back out yesterday.
First time back pain for me.
Emotionally, I was used to hovering above the human race and these past 36 hours I have succumbed to bouts of bitterness, quick temper and lashing out at everyone.

Don't mind me, Signature looks great.

It would have been easier to delete rather than type an excuse but I was already quoted.
