Great news! I remember the feeling. I think I got a total of 55% raise here in the first year and a half. Of course I haven't gotten anywhere near that in the past 2 years.

Yep already all over that. I've got to drive 45 miles to marshfield tomarrow to try and get a piece for this starter. Hopefully they can get it right this time. Only makes the umpteenth try in the last two weeks. I can now offiicially remove or install the starter with my eyes closed and still be done in 1 min 42 seconds or faster....

You obviously don't work for my employer! After they tally up the bills, bad debt, capital losses, management bonuses and the monthly payments on the G-5 Nacchio bought; I'm amazed they haven't started withdrawing from our bank accounts on "payday"!
