Alright all you smartypants, answer this. I've played baseball all my life, was a pitcher for the remaining 3 years I played. I eventually had to stop because as I got to throwing the ball hard it'd have a sharp arthritic pain when my arm would rotate (the pain is located where my arm is attached to my shoulder, believe thats what's known as the rotator cup). Anyways, I was great at sports and this put an end to that. What do you think the problem could be, I miss playing and sucks to be throwing a football on the beach or something of the like and have this kick in.

 

Is it the front, top, side, or back of the shoulder? Go to yahoo and type shoulder injury forums and there is a site dedicated to discussing it. You can probably figure it out there.
