Harley guys, need help please.

I have a customer that has a 90 Heritage with 16x3 or 3.5 rear wheel. he is looking for Black powder coated spokes for it. I did a couple of quick searches, but didn't find anything.

I don't know chit about bikes, can anyone help me out here?

thanks

dave

Just the spokes or the wheel too? I don't know a specific over the counter company, but try the nearest Harley dealer. They will definitely know who to get in touch with.
Just off the top of my head, powder-coating spokes is a touchy business. It increases the thickness of the spokes so when they are tightened, they may not be exactly straight because of the thickness of the powdercoat. This may cause them to bow where they cross each other, IMHO.
But I'm not an expert. I only ride them and do maintenance on my own scoots.

Check out this address and scroll down to Listers Questions. It talks about heat effects on "load bearing components" and the powder coating process.
