Give me about a ton of steamed shrimp 20-26 size or grilled under 10s.

a couple of oiled with S&P potatos on the grill.
Not big on sweets, but a Black Forest cake would be nice.
As for the non fattening things to eat, maybe a Jessica Alba/Julia Stiles sammy or something. Oh the possibilities are endless.

They deny alcohol requests, as it's considered contraband. Also in some tobacco free institutions, they deny tobacco requests and some prisons don't alow any *special* dinner requests; the inmate recieves normal prison fare.
