I need a 15+ foot s-video cable. The only one I could find at a retailer was at Frys for $99. I have found some online for cheaper, like for 20 bucks such as this one:

Any reason why they are so cheap? I dont need something real high quality.

I have never noticed any difference. I just bought one like that to use with my laptop at work and had no problems.
