Wow, that Mountaineer must get really good radio reception to get stations from MD in Ohio...

 

It is South, just farther than if you go North.

 

You're just now figuring out Marylanders are dumb. These are the people that when the weather man calls for 1 inch of snow schools shut down and everybody rushes to the grocery store for break, milk, and toilet paper causing grocery stores to sell out of the stuff for days sometimes. Plus these are the people that drive 20mph slower in light rain but yet drive 90mph every where in the snow.

Ya know; I looked through Vader's post and I dont see anything about just figuring that out. Where exactly did you read that he had an epiphany?

 

Ummm did you read the title of the thread. "Wow my fellow Marylanders are dumb"

The word wow implies that he is shocked. So beinging shocked would mean that he didn't know before hand.

 

Maybe there are levels to how dumb and he just figured out it was a new level? Maybe he just needed to have a thread title and that's what he picked. I'm sure next time he will say, "I knew Mayrlanders are dumb, Here's an example"

It's not confined to any one state. People have gotten progressively more ignorant for the last two generations or so. IMNSHO thins really started going TU in the 60's.

For the record "Wow" wasn't an indication of a revelation of new knowledge.

In fact the whole purpose of the post was to entertain my fellow members because it was slow when I posted it.

 

I share an office with a guy from Maryland, and we just had a 20 minute argument over which was worse, a Hurricane or a Typhoon.
