Net Wurker:

Thank you for that one. Might have been posted all over but first time I saw it.

I particularly liked the manuals part of it as I always felt when I talked to the folks in India, the Phillipines etc. etc. that they were reading from a cheat sheet.

Some of my more complicated problems often took a phone call of over an hour. Normally, I would quit after five minutes or so but sometimes you get a player on the other end and it gets quite hilarious, at least from my end.

As an example, my Grandfather was a Naval Officer from around 1895 to 1935.
He was stationed in the Phillipines several times and my mother was born there in 1917, in Manila. Whenever I get a Filipino on the phone, I mention this. Sometimes it results in nothing but sometimes it becomes a marathon conversation and God help anyone else who is trying to get help from that person.

Just my small contribution to trying to end outsourcing of technical help problems.
Bill
