Why the US Navy is better than the Iraqi Navy

Yeah, the average Navy guy wouldn't pack nearly that much muscle...
I mean, you don't have to be that strong when you swap a deck for a living. Those guys are Elite Navy members (Divers, SEAL's, etc...) Or, Marines in black shorts.
Only Marines and Soldiers sport a build like that.
