I think we picked it up at lowes.....dont really remember where they got it....but we were able to mount it to one of the deck posts and then it rotated over the hot tub....I am about 90% sure they bought it at lowes (in Milwaukee) though.....most everything for that deck came from lowes....

How about some plastic chairs from wal-mart and a big piece of tarp stretched out over top?

I have something similar to what RDY2RAC posted a pic of, out by the pool. They get chlorine, bbq, koolaid etc on them but clean up nice.

At the end of summer I scrub them good and store them for the winter though.

Thats why we went with a gazebo. Still no poles between guests & it can double as a carport.

Thanks again for the help folks...

The wife dictated on this decision... ironically, I ended up spending WAY more than I wanted to...

We bought our stuff at Lowe's -- it's the Bordeaux Collection... it's nice stuff, very well made seemingly, and looks great.... the con, it cost me my left man nugget and my first born. Stumbled to the checkout and got offered 12 months same as cash on my Lowe's consumer credit card... that made it a bit easier.

I'll try to snare a picture or two of it all set up one of these days to show off what I've been doing over the past month (paver porch, deck, drainage, other various yard work).

There is a product that was recently introduced to the market called "Wood". It burns very well, and is readilly available.

we bought an outdoor furniture set from sears about 3 years ago which looks a whole lot like the one in the photo by the pool a few posts back.

it is outdoors from early may till early november, then, except for the table, it winters in our shed.

the table stays covered and raised on some wood spacers out on the deck for the winter.

it has all held together real nicely, actually better than i expected it to.

we couldnt see spending a ton of cash on furniture that would be exposed to the elements for such a long period of time.

for the money, we couldnt be happier with what we got from sears.

Costco has some of the nicest patio furniture in stock right now. It isn't cheap but it's quality rivals sets that are in the 4-5k range. Just an FYI.
