No more mods for me....

I wasn't quite sure where to post this, so I think it should fit right in with the rest of the GD threads.

My wife and I found out last night that she's pregnant. This will be our first, and all of my financial means will be focused on that for the time being. I guess I'm fortunate to have traded from a truck that already had some accessories on it that could easily be transferred to the new one.

She's only about 5 weeks along, so we're not far into it, but with only 8 months to go until I'm a papa, I should be focusing less on my truck and "mods" and more on family stuff. I will however, make it out to Pismo Beach for the California meet on the 20th of May. That'll probably be our last trip "alone."

My kids will both be leaving home this fall. Let the mods begin.

Ya know, they are cheaper by the dozen.

Sled...

Well I figure the only way my truck will get a lift now is if I get a huge tax income refund NEXT year because of the little rugrat. By the way, since I get to name the boy, if it's a boy his name is going to be Ethan Christopher. I like it, has a nice ring to it.

you can always make the truck "more suitable" for the kid if you know what I mean.

Why don't you just name him after the father -- wherever he may be!

Dude, you have no idea how your world is about to be rocked! After the first few months with our little guy, both the wife and I agree that it is the best thing, and the worst thing, that can ever happen to you, depending on the day!

Hey Chris way to go, congratulations on the little one. Mine's 6 months old now and she gets more fun by the day. Hope everything goes well these next 8-9 months will go by pretty quickly.

Yea I turned around last night and bamm my baby boy is 7

I read them their stories, tucked them in and watched some TV, but before coming to bed I stood in their doorways just watching them sleep (the only time they are perfect angels ).

Man I remember the day we brought them home and it was just like yesterday.

Now my baby boy is 7 and my baby baby girl is turning 4....unbelievable how fast it goes.
