You will get years of service from it. Honda is a good choice for reliable atvs.

Here is my toy, kawasaki brute force 750i

Congrats dodgeslayer, let the modding begin.....here is my Scrambler 500 4*4 the day I brought it home. It has since had a pipe, jet kit, k&n, clutching, and a set of Kenda Bear claws installed.

My Parents have a 20 year old Honda mower. All they have done is change the oil.

Honda sure has mastered small engine technology.

Man... Id love to get an atv.

Honda's do last a long time. My dad still has his 87 Honda Fourtrax 250 quad which he bought brand new, it took my abuse growing up, and then my brother's abuse, and is still taking dad's abuse. It still runs great, always starts, some of the plastic is riveted together though due to the aforementioned abuse.

I've got a 20 year old Craftsman rider mower. All I've done is change the oil. Briggs & Stratton sure have mastered small engine technology!

Yep, I'll agree,
I've got a 30 year old. 10hp 32" cut craftsman. Took 20 acres to turn it around in, now nothing works but the engine will start right up even with 5 year old gas in it.

We have mostly Honda small engines on our tillers and such at work, damn good engines. B&S are good but the Hondas are better based on the service we do on both.

the original price was $5499 w/o ttl. with ttl and the $430 for the winch and mounting bracket (not installed) was $5760.54. i installed the winch myself on sunday. i don't think i got a bad price considering in 97 my dad got a honda 300 for like $5600. i still got about 3700 to pay in notes. the notes aren't bad 210 for 24 months. i haven't been able to really push it hard b/c i am still on the 15 mile breakin period. hopefully i can really test it this weekend.

04,
How close are you to the Black mtn. park? I've ridden there twice and had a blast. The Ridge Runners are a great bunch of guys to ride with. I'm going back this summer.
