Been going there for a couple of weeks. It's is tough some times to get the image due to the volume of traffic. During the dark hours, they replay the previous days video, otherwise it is live.
If you google "eagle cam", you will find this one and many others all over the US and Canada.
The one mentioned here is in British Columbia.
By the way, when you watch, turn up the sound. Sometimes when they see something they don't like, they will give off one heck of a shriek.
