Not with any of my money. That's my point. If you give them your hard earned money, where is it going !! I know we can't stop homosexuality, but knowing this, about Ford, I can consciously decide where some of my money goes. CAn you ?

I'm about as conservative as they come. I get riled up when I see the militant gays pushing their agendas.

That said....

You can't walk into an online community where no one knows you, you have zero credibility and make this kind of post and expect anything less than what you are getting. The guys replying to you are great people but they (and rightly so) have little patience for new people just popping in starting this type of stuff.

Would you walk into an gym full of people you have never met and start this type of topic without saying anything else? I think not. Yes its online but it doesn't remove the need for tact and proper manners.

If you intend to hand around here (which I doubt) I suggest you drop this topic and move on.

 

The AFA is a bunch of whackos. Someone was kind enough to sign me up for their e-mail alerts (thanks whomever you were). I don't even read them anymore, I just nuke em from orbit. I suggest you take Vaders advice and establish yourself with the emmbership before flying off the handle about Ford 'supporting' rump ranging homos.

 

Well, I don't know who he (or she) is, but I think I have enough posts and time under my belt to step it up and say although I believe to each his own, and this guy may be floating it a little to far, the basic essence of the arguement he is making is true. Its not that I care what they do in their own homes, cause I don't. Its the sunuvabiatches pushing their agendas upon me with legislative and judicial actions. Its the F"ing *** pride parades that F up traffic and bring a bunch of disease toting queers into my town. I personally think that the majority of them (I have no problem with the lesbian action )
should be shipped off the the abondoned jurrasic park island and eaten by the lingering dinosaurs. But like I said, let have one another long enough (and chitcan the idea of allowing them to adopt) and they'll extinct themselves in just a few short years. Its called natural selection, the weakest don't survive, and those who can't procreate will be gone

I usually refrain from these type discussions anywhere but a political board, but what the hell I haven't been in one of these discussions in a while.

 

Well, dont care what the **** do. Just dont do it in my presence or around anyone I know, have known or may ever know.
But the issue here is that Ford supports gay life style.

It is true, Ford advertises in their gay mags, mostly for Volvo and Jag, and they did make a decission to pull adds after being pressured from the anti gay nuts. After reviewing that decission, and trying to avoid a big political scene, Ford return to advertising in gay mags.
Like I said though, that does not mean Ford Motor Company supports gays and lesbos. They are trying to stay neutral by advertising in all mags. Ford also felt that the masses are not going to boycott them for their decission.
Ford is in a damn if ya do, damned if ya dont cituation on this, and has tried to make the most neutral choice and still sell cars.

Far as I know gay people buy Chebbies too, eat at McDs and stuff like that. Are these political wackos going to boycott everyone evenly or just pick on one company at a time.

As far as the gays working to change the laws and redefine marriage and ****, your the minority, and far as I know, it is suppose to be majority rules.

You know it sure is wonderful to see out of ALL 20 plus replies 3 or 4 of them are actually educated mature responses. I didn't post this to personally insult anyone who owns a Ford. I own one for crying out loud !!!!! All I wanted to do was spark a intelligent discussion. For that I have gotten countless vulgarities and insults. The ones who have chosen to use the slang terms(you know who you are) are the ones who need to grow up. I DO NOT hate homosexuals, nor am I afraid of them. What I do hate and what I am afraid of, are people who when slapped in the face with something that is blatantly
wrong choose to do nothing. If we all read our history books, (if you can still find a world history book in a school, or library) you'd see that's how Hitler rose to power. I'm not joking. I believe that it was Edmund Burke that said "All it takes for evil to prosper in the world is for good men to do nothing."

I guess I just prefer to live by my convictions, and you can quote me at that.

edit: For the record I do get annoyed with "Gay groups" that are nothing more than thinnly vailed extreme liberal action groups. Same as the "womens rights" groups that are/do the same thing. In the end it's not about anyone's rights, just politics.
