After getting gas today...

While filling my truck up with gas today, I thought of a funny little picture to draw expressing my feelings for these prices. Im not going to sit here and complain like the 100's of other gas price posts, It's just a little gas price humor. Keep in mind this isn't too appropriate, so I am going to post a link to my gallery to keep from stirring up any trouble.

Enjoy...

Pretty Funny! With all the talk of price gouging, this is right on the money.

It's a damn shame when round trip plane tickets are cheaper than driving...

That aint no joke. I was supposed to drive to Tulsa, Ok this weekend to play in a foosball tourny. From my house it is 525 miles each way (9 1/2 hr drive ea. way) and maybe 16 mpg = approx 33 gals @ $3 would be $99 each way. A round trip on United would be $240 and only 2 hrs instead of 9 1/2 hrs driving. I wouldn't have to take off on Fri or Mon, not that it would be a big deal.

Now that is a bargain in my book.
