I'd be driving an '05 Dodge Ram with a Hemi (instead of my F-150) and be saving for some variant of the Charger with a Hemi (instead of saving for my Mustang GT).....

After a grueling 8-1/2 years with my wife's '97 Pontiac Sunfire I will NEVER own another GM product -- I'd own "rice" before I'd buy another one of their miserable offerings!

No Ford?? That's a toughie, probably some sort of Dodge product but I can't say what. I need 4WD or All-WD for my driveway in winter. My neighbor has a Subaru Forester and it seems like a nice vehicle. I dunno

I'd do a Dodge with the Cummins for a pickup, and for a car I'd drive a 1978 Z-28 Camaro with T-tops.

Come to think of it, I'd also do a Chrysler 300, or a Pontiac Solstice.

I'm a Ford guy but I also think there are tons of cool vehicles out there.

I wouldn't mind a Trailblazer SS. A Silverado SS would be ok too. A Cadillac CTS-V. Z06. GM has some nice performers. A GMC half ton with the 6.0 is what I would be able to afford.

SRT whatever. 4,6,8,10, whatever. Ram, 300C, Magnum, Caliber, as long as it has SRT I think it would be ok. In reallity a Ram 1500 with the hemi is probably all I could afford.

There are a bunch of nice foriegn vehicles too. Anything Mercedes as long as it's got that AMG on it. M power beemers. Could get an Avalon or a Maxima if I were looking for a four door sedan. I think the Foriegn pick ups are pretty ugly but I guess they give a decent level of power and performance.

If there were no Ford, I don't think I'd have any problem finding something I like. There is Ford though and I have a vehicle that I like. Who knows, maybe Ford will get on the ball and produce another vehicle that I like. I hope so.

Probably the Dodge truck, but I had an 02 Silverado and it was a great truck. I just don't like the new Chevs.

I would just continue driving my Chevy and cruise in the Plymouth when she's done. I'm considering the new Camaro and Challenger, but seriously thinking more about the Saturn Sky. The new Camaro and Challenger will be untouchable for the first year, and when the prices come back down and available units come back up everyone will have one, and I like to be different. The Sky will be a niche vehicle, so not a big seller, perfect for me. and the Solstice GXP is rated at 260hp/260lb-ft, and there will be a Sky version (I think it's called the RedLine), which is what I'll be looking at... Not to mention Hot Rod just dropped an LS7 in a Solstice...

To be honest there's not anything NEW from Ford that excites me enough to make monthly payments anyway... If I were to buy another Ford product it would probably be a Gen II L or early 90's loaded up 4x4 Flareside... REGULAR cab of course...
