I Just Changed....

....the mother of all diapers!

You know the kind -- greenish-brown in color, legs kicking in a desperate attempt to get his feet in it, oozing around the sides of everything you use to try to contain it, with an odor that still has me breathing through my mouth in the fear that some of the scent might still linger in the house!

Can't wait until you get home this afternoon, Babes!

My three year old is now officially potty trained. NO MORE (*^$% DIAPERS!!! The worst one I've seen were the mycosin (sp?) at birth. Ewww, those were nasty. The funniest one I've changed ended up with me getting shot in the chest with poop. Guess she wasn't done yet.

Touche!

By the way, after a long day of being daddy and detailing the better half's car while she was out of town, I decided to forego the grill and order Domino's last night. Let's just say it hit the spot, but it was no Sciortino's....

I bet! Is Domino's even considered real pizza?

Been there, done that. Played Mr. Mom for about 4 years. I wouldn't trade it for the world, but it definitely changes your perspective about parenthood.

Yes -- in Des Moines!

Actually, it's pretty good with ranch dressing, though....

Speaking of Jersey -- one of my all-time favorite country bands is FROM (of all places) New Jersey! Can't say that when I was up there it had much of a country music "feel" to it, but go figure.....

Also really like "Fountains Of Wayne" who I think are also from up there....

Never had pizza with ranch dressing.....in fact, never even thought to have pizza with ranch dressing.

Jersey does have some country/western bars but not really big here. Fountains Of Wayne......nope....not familiar. What was the other band?

The Delevantes, led by brothers Mike and Bob Delavante, who are from Hoboken, if I'm not mistaken....

That sounds a little familiar, but I'm not too big on country. Just a few songs here and there. I'll have to look into those you mentioned though.

Ranch dressing is like salt and pepper in Texas.
