About to bust....

I just heard from my oldest son and he told me he just got word that he has been accepted to a professorship at OSU Stillwater in thier Phsycology department.
He is now a PHD.
I certainly can't claim all the credit because he and his wife have worrked thier butts off since High School, through Jr.Collage and on to Southren Illinois University then off to NYU Albany and finishing up at UNC Chapel Hill.
They both have thier PHD's in seperate disiplines so it's been very hard but they are achivers and will go far in life.
Man I'm about to bust wide open!!!

SIU Edwardsville.
I lived in O'Fallon (on the Illinois side) and worked down at the foot of Marclies street just north of the JB bridge building the Tow Boats and Barges that go up and down the Mississippi river way back in the early '70's when I was a young man of 19.
His sister graduated Texas Tech with a Teaching Degree last year.
The Cowboys and Red Radiers are like arch rivals up in that part of the country.
There will be Cowboy orange and Raider red at the table come Thanksgiving.
