Parts for 74Stang II

Believe it or not, I actually found a whole motor, 2.3 litre, for my Stang. In the dump. All I have to do now is pull the one out of my car, tear the bottom end out, see what went wrong, pull the bottom end out of the "dump" one, find out if there's anything wrong, replace parts, drop the engine back into the car and see if it will run.
Does anyone know where I can get any parts, like ALL glass for my II?

I know where there are two.

One here in Peterborough, ON at a wrecker close to me and I assume what is left of the one I caught on fire in 1995 (my first car in high school) in a wrecker in Ripley, WV. All the glass is good in both (Ptbo for sure, shoudl be in WV)

I think the car in Pterborough might even run and it hasn't been parted out, it is just sitting in front of the entrance.

I really really did like mine though, it was great.

I'll call my BIL and see if he can take a look at it. I'm not too sure when I'll get down that way, but if he can grab the glass I'll have him do that and store it until I get there.
Thanks

They are at a wrecker here called ABA

Sorry, I would grab them and drop them off, can't think of a good excuse to go to the Yukon though...

No one needs a reason to come here. Everything is frozen, white and hard to manoeuver through. But we do have awesome hunting, fishing and scenery.

I'm sure I have several MustangII of that vintage in my pantry.

My wife buys soup as if there's a war coming.

Jokes about old cars are as acceptable as jokes about goats, so go to it.

Thanks for the link, Raoul.

Ontario??? There's nothing in Northern Ontario that can compare to what we have here. I think you should take the extra week and come here. Call me if you decide to. I'm retired and can show you around.

PS. We do have the largest non-polar ice fields in the world.

Maybe I will bring some guys from my youth groups and make the trek. That would be quite the experience.

Have you always lived there?

What is the best time of year to come?

I have a set of quarter window louvers to fit it. The snakes are missing and I think one has a crack in it.

I've lived here since 1954, and probably will live here for a long time yet.
Best time of year? I'm biased. I like summer because I can ride my m/cycle. I like winter because I can ride my snowmachine. I like Spring because we go on "mudders" with our quads, and I like Fall because the colours are great, not as great as down south, but great, nevertheless.
Seriously, though. The best time for tourists is probably anywhere from mid May to early August. There are fewer bugs, but we do get a few heavy rains. It all depends on what you want to do/see. The Japanese love the winter for teh Northern Lights, the Germans love the winters for extreme competitions on ice and snow, some love the summer for fishing, sight seeing and others like fall for hunting. The best time for hiking is probably July.
