Just Try This In Mexico!!

This is an email going around, but man, how true, how true.

By the way, I'm part hispanic, and my family came over LEGALLY!!!

"Wow, this gives the immigration question a whole, new perspective.

If you are ready for the adventure of a lifetime, TRY THIS:

Enter Mexico illegally. Never mind immigration quotas, visas,
International law or any of that nonsense.

Once there, demand that the local government provide free medical
care for you and your entire family.

Demand bilingual nurses and doctors.

Demand free bilingual local government forms, bulletins, etc.
Procreate abundantly.

Deflect any criticism of this allegedly irresponsible reproductive
behavior with, "It is a cultural USA thing. You would not understand, pal."

Keep your American identity strong. Fly Old Glory from your rooftop,
or proudly display it in your front window or on your car bumper.

Speak only English at home and in public and insist that your
children do likewise.

Demand classes on American culture in the Mexican school system.

Demand a local Mexican driver license. This will afford other legal
rights and will go far to legitimize your unauthorized, illegal
presence in Mexico.

Drive around with no liability insurance and ignore local traffic laws.

Insist that local Mexican law enforcement teach English to all its
officers.

Good luck! You'll be demanding for the rest of time or soon dead.
Because it will never happen. It will not happen in Mexico or any
other country in the world except right here in the United States,
Land of the naive stupid idiotic politically correct politicians."

AMEN!!

Another board I frequent talked about voting among those immigrants who have become citizens. They said that some districts print the ballots IN FOREIGN LANGUAGES to help make sure the voting is all equal. WTF?? If you can't speak English, I don't want you voting for my President! You know that those that can't speak English gets told what each candidate stands for, but who's to say that it is all correct and true. Sort of like voter fraud if you ask me.

My wife, a teacher, has told me stories of children having to be taught in the native language (mostly Spanish) because they don't understand English. WTF?? Why should my tax dollars go to make sure a small percentage of the school children learns their lessons in their native tongue? We're in A-M-E-R-I-C-A, speak ENGLISH.

English should be made the national language, end of story.

Yes, but when you break one a twenty or fifty lets you avoid paperwork.

Here in Houston a 14 year old was taken out of class and had his AMERICAN flag taken away. The reasoning was it could cause a riot in the school. They allowed the flag of Mexico all week and still do.

It's instinces like these that disgust me as an American tax paying, voter. Where's my check, oh wait I can't have one since I was born here and actually payed attention in school.

I call BS on that one. I'll believe the outlawing of flags but somehow I doubt anywhere ban's US flags but not Mexico flags.

Just thought the flag would be a bit hypocritical on a foreign truck.

That brings to mind a bumper sticker I seen once: It said "Buy American before it's too late", and showed the Japanese bombing Pearl Harbor. I loved that bumper sticker. Only problem was, it was on a Toyota. Till the day I die I will never understand that.

Sorry been a busy few days. Call it how you want but being one of our resident news junkies I assumed, incorrectly obviously, that you would have heard this by now. I listen to local talk radio all day in traffic and at work when I'm not in meetings, it was on the Chris Baker show in the afternoon and the Ed Schultz show at night and it was the Dominant topic. They are Republican and Democrat talk show hosts respectively. I listen to both to develop a perspective on each man's issues and thoughts.

I tried to find a link but any search engine with the words "Houston" + suspend + flag pulls up a story of the Principal of Reagen High here in Houston who was disciplined for flying the flag of Mexico in the window of his office and then the flagpole of the school during these protests and walkouts.
Oh and some Arizona school districts banned Mexican flags and has considered banning U.S. flags until the immigration debate cools down.

The bill of rights has never applied to students in Texas, and other states depending on their laws, you have no rights untill 18. Search and Seizure does not apply to lockers or vehicles on school property, You Can be punished at the schools discretion for organizing or attending a protest or demonstration on school grounds and you can not distribute any literature without the express permission of the school district. Just about the only right you can express is that if you are a female student only a female officer or faculty member with an officer present may pat a student down looking for drugs, weapons and the such. That rule does not apply to males however.
