Don't blame the oil companies, blame the oil traders. They are the ones making the big bucks first in all of this. Oil companies simply reap what those guys sow. I'm sure big oil has its hand in the futures trading somehow, but it's not directly their fault. Blame the people that raise crude by a few dollars a barrel if someone so much as sneezes the wrong way in the Middle East and other places that mine for crude.

******* this gas crap! That pisses me off to no end! theres always some excuse to raise the gas prices more and more every single week! We are being gouged to no end!

how do these people making minimum wage afford to get to work every day??? I mean those people have to work all week just to have enough gas every week to get to work! Its a messed up world. Are poor excuse for a president could do something about this, but he's not. He's enjoying ripping off the American people.

That right there says a lot. It's "Our."

No matter what anyone thinks, he is still our President, hate him or like him. If he were to get involved, that would be ridiculous. Since when does a government have the right to set prices? Oh yeah, that's right, in a socialist state it does. Last I checked, we were a constitutional republic.

Gas is what it is. It does suck to pay it, but oh well; you can't afford to fill it up, don't drive it, or, get something you can afford to fill-up and drive.

As I said before, be mad at the oil futures traders. They are the ones that set the prices and are the ones that get spooked too easily causing the rise in the price of crude.

Gloria was the last big hurricane to hit the area that I'm in. I was a kid back then (maybe it was '84 cause I think I was JH school age). There have been others in this area since but I believe that Gloria did some pretty costly distruction in this area. It's obviously not the type of destruction that you who are in the hurricane prone areas see but it was a big deal for this area.

DUH! I just realized something. $1.05 a litter equals $4.80 a gallon. That's roughly 4.5 liters = a gallon. Canada's got that new math too I see.
