Airbrushing
airbrushing is fun but the clean up after each color is a pain..
little hint..
if you do multicolor "fog" jobs start with the darkest colors and work up to the lighter colors..
after the subject is painted clean the gun real good and then shoot a light
coating of thinner over the piece
"blends" the paint real nice
let dry completly before gloss coat
(dry completly means you cant smell it anymore)
i've done many killer paint jobs on model cars when i used to build them and won many best paint awards..
have fun!!

no lee, not that advanced yet lol. Zap, after each light color I just increase the psi and blow it out on heavy newsprint. darker colors I make by own cleaner and run it thru the brush, and backflush it until clean air blows. works pretty good. a great site I belong to for beginners and advanced is airbrushtechnique.com some beautiful work in there.

i use acetone sometimes when i want clean
but you have to take apart the gun so the rubber o rings dont get eaten away
i just put the cup and the needle and whatever is metal in a small paint cup and let soak for an hr or so...
