Whacky food combos. . .

Thought I'd start a new thread with this instead of hijacking RC's thread.

What is the -- weirdest, yucky sounding, no one will even try because it just sounds too disgusting -- food combination that you love to eat?

Me. . .I haven't, in 25 years of marriage, been able to get my husband to even try this. . .A sandwich with peanut butter, dill pickle and Miracle Whip salad dressing (not mayonnaise!!)

So how about it people?? Gross me out!!

I love peanut butter and mayo, miracle whip sandwiches, never put pickles on them though.
Oddest thing I eat is PB&J sandwich with potato chips layered inside. MMMM

I also like honey on, ah, ummm, well, you get the idea. But I dont think of that as odd.

Sled...

Hubby does the whole "cheese on Apple Pie" thing.

I am pretty normal when it comes to food consumption... but I do salt almost EVERYTHING! Pizza, fruit, extra salt on french fries.....

I have one...not too weird though.

Peanut butter, brown sugar, and bananas on wheat bread. Absolutely wonderful after beans and corn bread.

I cant eat that anymore though.

Tell ya what. The next time you have that for dinner, wait until your stomach settles, and give that bad boy a try.

Don't know how weird it is. But I like pretzel sticks with vanilla ice cream. Get the large pretzel sticks and use them to scoop out the ice cream and eat the two together.

I never could make myself try it but my dad liked red beans with chocolate cake. He also liked to crumble up cornbread in milk and eat it with a spoon.
