'00 F-150 XLT Supercab pulls to the right

'00 F-150 XLT Supercab pulls to the right
When I line up the steering wheel straight, my truck veers a little right so I'm constantly holding the wheel slightly to the left which has become extremely annoying.
Will a 4-wheel alignment at the local tire-wheel shop correct this problem? or do I need to be concerned about something else, too?
