I never posted this when it happened on here because I was pretty new to this board. I've posted it on the bike forums that I'm on.
I finally sat down and typed up the story and some of the pics I took while we were down there (cabo san lucas) and put it on a site.
I guess if nothing else and he goes free (or was he ever in jail?), I want there to be some record of it and I want them all in cabo to see it and I hope it upsets them that this is out there.
If anyone has suggestions on the wording or other ideas I would apperciate the help.

we dont talk about it. I'll just say that I've spent 10k with lawyers and trips down there. For a fraction of that I could have had him taken care of and it would have been done the next day.

SOB, I can't even describe how upset that makes me.
I can't even imagine what you, muchless your GF might be going thru, not only financially but emotionally.
Sounds like as good excuse as any to creatively use a catfish pond and a tree shredder.

Sorry to hear about the trial costs and the on going judicial problems.
We ( long term girl friend and my self ) have less than pleasent memories of the criminal justice system, corrupt judge and cops in Chile. When she left the country the on perp. was released and we received a letter that do to lack of evidence ( cash? ) the charges were dropped.
Hope you get a satisfactory conclusion to your case.
