Work video...

Greetings all.

I was tasked with making a video for the website my place of employment operates. The point of the video is to highlight the service (obviously) and also to entice new members. It hopefully will promote recruitment and retention of new employees/volunteers. I am new to the "video making industry" and this was my first shot at it. Its short, but is something for me to work on.

Comments are appreciated!

Best regards,

Thanks for all of the comments guys!

I understand what you mean about the music. I was thinking of using this video to target "younger" audiences. Basically, if we were to go to a high school to promote EMS/public safety, I would use this one. But I REFUSE to use rap in any of my videos, lol. So, I will prolly make another, and choose a different song to have as the video on the web site. Thanks for the comments, keep them comin!

Not bad, photo transitions were a little cheesy to start with but improved later on. Quality is good, down load time was not exessive.

One suggestion,
You might make a 3-4 second video that you can insert every few slides. Do just a basic computer image with troop number or what ever, slap it in every 10-20 slides and make it do something wild, or just pump forward and backward a time or two, or something. Then continue with the slide show. That enforces the message of the video and reminds the viewer what and why they are seeing it. It's a double marketing techique, name mention as much as you can with out being annoying.

Other than that it looks great!
It sure beats my first slide show project.
