Haha, this was on Howard Stern a couple years ago. I had everyone at work trying it. It was halarious!! A couple people could do it with not much effort, but the majority couldnt even come close, lol. The faster you move your foot the harder it is. Its like your foot for no reason changes direction when you start to do the six. Its even harder if you are standing up.
If you do it really slow you can do it.

 

I did it. But I got a bad cramp in my leg doing it. My dog woke up and look at me like I was stupid.
