I went to start my truck the other day and it turns over quite well, but will not start. Anyone with any ideas?

 

Depending on what mode it is in....could be alternator sensor or tach sensor. Or a relay somehwere.

 

Is there a mode that allows it to spin over, but not start? Could I have changed/reset the mode? If so, what do I do to set it back to the correct mode? I have a 2 button remote. Button 1 operates the door locks, button 2 is for the starter.
BTW, it starts when I actually put the key in and start it.

 

OK. I managed to fix the problem. I had the remote sitting inteh console box, bouncing around, and somehow it entered Valet Mode. Read the instructions and keyed the ignition, so now it works again.
