OK, I know we have a lot of nuts in this state, but come on.
Its bad enough to get caught with the little neighbor sheep next door, but not sure he should be put on the sex offender registry.

What next, if you were mean to your dog or cat you will be put on some abuse registry.
I wouldnt want this guy near my kids, but if you start putting everyone on those registries it will just dilute their accuracy.
