stupid things you have done with a vehicle

Ok who hasn't done some thing stupid in their vehicle that could have won them selves the darwin award.

Many years ago I had a vw bug. had that sucker up on two wheels several times on corners, untill on the first day of grade 12, i rolled that sucker at the corner by the high school. Got a dangerous driving ticket, for my driving ability.

Also had the annual ford winter beat. Find a huge snow covered parking lot.
Start driving across and when at 40 mph slam the transmission in to reverse and spin the wheel at full throttle, Whooo hooo... when going well in reverse go to drive turn the wheel the other way at full throttle.

always was a lot of fun, everyone in the car was always yelling and laughing.

I had a 4 cylinder pontiac sunfire as a rental a few years back... we took it muddin' and abused the hell out of it...considering it only had 8 inches of ground clearance... it was almost a foot deep in mud...

lol,,, you should have seen the look the rental agency gave me when i brought it back....I told them that I had to swerve to miss an on coming car......I got a call back 2 days later after they finally got it clean, and said..."good news, there were no scratches"...lol

that thing could move, for a little car...it had no governor,,,so i got it up to 112mph on the freeway headed towards galveston..

While riding in the bed of a friends dakota, we used to get up on the roof and hold on for life.

Also in the same truck, I was riding shotgun while he took a rowdy jump at 60mph on the street and we landed nose down - hard. The bumper was all scratched up from the pavement. All I remember was seeing the change from the ashtray flying around all slow, matrix style.

That was how it felt when i rolled the vw. bodies falling ( floating ) in the car and the front windshield cracking from the front right corner across the to the left side.

I've never heard it used as a verb, but that works too I guess.

Baha . . . (When I stop laughing I'll resume typing).

OK kids. Go get a map. Find North America. I'll wait . . . . . . . . . . .

Find the US. Now find California. Go south of California.

That's BAJA Mexico, the Baja California Peninsula, where they have one mother of an off-road race thru the desert.

If you were to turn it into a verb, it would be Bajaing.

Went skinny dipping with this chick, then went back to the truck to ah, um.

Let me tell you it took a couple days to get all the sand out of there, and the foot prints off the white head liner was a bear.

SLed...

Why is it that with almost every freaking post, you have to be so condescending? Why? You are either lecturing or giving a history lesson or correcting someones spelling. Can't you just let people have fun? Or do you not understand the word? Or maybe your kind of fun is posting pictures about coffee or office chairs?

Florence, Oregon is near the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area, many many miles of sand and surf. We were stationed in Florence for 3 years and while there we bought a sand rail dune buggy, what a blast that was!!

As for stupid things done in (or on?? ) a car. . .when I was in high school. . .ie: young and foolish! A friend and I cruised town on the hood of another friends Blazer. We weren't going too fast, probably never broke 40 mph but looking back, it probably wasn't one of my better moves!
