Thumbs up Spy Shots

My brother is rebuilding a 48 F-5

New leafs all 4 corners
new POWER brakes (ford)
rebuilt flathead
T-98 tranny
Eaton 2 speed rear end
new front steering
solid (not split) rims
9R-22.5 radials
he has the guages working and the interior painted

its gonna be a sweet ride when done

...zap!

Saweeeet!!!

I've done 2, 57 Chevy Apache's and 1, 56 F100. They were an absolute blast to build and drive. I've got an idea for a project in my mind involving a 40's or older, 1T or bigger, tow truck. If I ever see the truck that is similar to what is in my minds eye, then it will begin. I have never done a big truck.
But first... I want to find, restore or build from scratch, a ridge runner.

Cool project!

yes its like a F500 but back then

NICE!! I think it'd be even cooler with a 514ci Ford Racing Motor under the hood.... And I almost forgot, we need more pics!
