Nascar Fantasy Game

Howdy Y'all,

For any one who's intersted, i've set up a Nascar Fantasy game on ESPN for the members of F-150 online. Get in now, and we'll see if we can beat the other teams!

This game challenges you to build a roster of five stock car drivers
while staying under your team's $100m salary cap. The amount of points a
driver can earn in a race are based on the Nextel Cup points system.
Best of all, it's FREE to play.

Get in the action now:

Game Front: http://games.espn.go.com/stockcar/frontpage
Group: F-150 online
Password: Ford

Who's in?

I'll check it out. Is it something that takes alot of time? I was in a F.F. league and it seemed like I was researching at least an hour a day.

Nope takes only a few minutes each week...

you select 5 drivers (whose salaries add up to 100mil or less).. and you get points based on how they finish at that week's race... then you can make changes for the next race.... really easy.

I signed up and picked my 5 drivers for Cali. Do we talk about what drivers we picked before the race, or do we work alone? Not sure how much of a team deal this is.

I guess I'll start out by saying I spent 99.5 of my available 100.

Since it is free, do you win any money, or just pride?

I'm in a Nascar fantasy game that a freind runs. 8 drivers, specific salary cap, and only 5 changes all season, not every week. A little more challanging to predict how drivers will do for several consecutive races.

Alright, I'll sign up but I've only been watching Nascar since the last couple races last season so I'm new at this sport.

you can talk about them if you want... your choices are hidden until after each race, upon which time, the other players can see who you chose for the previous race.

I don't believe you win any money, if there are prizes it would be on a nation wide basis, not for our "team"
