Think about. You can buy more than 30 MC filters for the cost of this "lifetime" filter, not including whatever it takes to clean the filter. Even at 3k changes, that is 90,000 miles, and I don't have to clean anything. Also, I would like to see a comparison between the filtering capability of the MC and this filter. Wouldn't be surprised if the MC filters better.
