I dont need it but here is my advice. Make sure that you can handle the amount of caffeine in this product. There is 34 g of caffeine and another 20 grams of ma huang, which is basically like ephedra. You may experience caffeine headaches at first which will subside with use, however these will return when you decide to discontinue use, basically cafeine withdrawl.
