Garlic Chicken Pizza

This is what was for dinner . . .

Roasted garlic, grilled chicken, Mozzarella cheese, mild onions and Italian parsley with a white wine and garlic-shallot butter sauce.

SO. FRIGGIN'. GOOD.

Really, really good.

Unfortunately the house reeks of garlic. Lots of garlic. Place is gonna smell like garlic for at least a week.

Did I mention it was good?

Absolutely !!!!!!

(Well, actually it's Lean Cuisine not "lein cusiene")

See . . .

You'd be surprised what is Lean Cuisine. For example, I eat here a lot . . .

And did you know that Häagen-Dazs is actually Lean Cuisine? So is Godiva chocolate, in fact, just about anything with fat and sugar is Lean Cuisine! Donuts, hamburgers, fried chicken, mashed potatoes with extra butter, french toast with extra butter and extra maple syrup, ham and cheese omelets, chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream, the list goes on and on.

So eat up! Because it's all good for you!

ROFLMFAO @ the Cheesecake Factory.

Honestly though man... you might be on to something here. Start a "Weight Watchers" Diner or something... Sounds like it could be a big hit -- well, if the food was good and came in bigger portions than a fruit cup.

I had dinner at a Spaghetti Grill in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania last week when I was up there on business. I had a chicken marsalla that was great. Now, i'm Italian. All recipies begin with garlic, add a little more garlic, and then add enough garlic to kill a horse. I finally found someplace that uses more garlic than I do. I got the dinner to take to my hotel room. It came with 3 breath mints (no explanation required). If my wife was with me, it would've killed her.
