Ice fishing

Yep we are heading up way north to Lake Simcoe Ont.for some ice fishing this weekend. Here's the plan, we have a RV 28ft and 8 guys going. We gas up head to the border get booze, smokes, exchange money and get moving, 4 hrs later we are there.
We have a 16x20' heated hut placed over 50ft of Crystal clear water about 4 miles out ice is maybe 12-14" thick. 3 atv's 1 snowmobile and a strip club that night. Man its gonna be great to just get away for a couple days. Hotel, casino, southern comfort (on the rocks), woman naked, perch, walleye, lake trout, good eats and did i mention just getting away!!!. I will post some pics next week..

Have fun Jim and hope you catch something. . .fish, that is; you could probably catch something from the strip club too but I wouldn't recommend it!

AWWWWWWWWWWW youth.... ice fishing is what you make of it. There are huge fish to be caught just as any other time of the year. The toys you bring always help out...

Ahhhh, ice fishing -- now you're bringing me back to my days growing up back in Minnesota!

I have to admit it was quite fascinating as a young boy to zip around on my snowmobile and see all these middle-aged men stagger out of their fishing shacks and make an all-to vain attempt at finding their a$$ with both hands!

My dad loved ice fishing. He did it every winter on the St Lawrence River until he died at 87. Even lugging his oxygen bottle around he did it.
