Anyone ride bulls?

Just wondering if anyone here is a bullrider. Either for fun or maybe as a part time job. If so where are you located?

I didn't realize it could be a part time job. What kind of money can be made?

Well it can either be Part/ Full time i suppose. Doing local shows can probably net couple hundred to a thousand, I suppose depending on the show.

I ride bulls all the time. For fun and money. Way down here in Texas. Usually I do at small rodeos, but once in a while I will go out in the pasture and find one and hop on his back. You can make decent money doing it, if your good. If your not really good you wont make a dime. The biggest rodeo Ive rode in I got $500, which is about the usual for a small rodeo. You can make as much money as you wanna drive for. You can go to 5 rodeos every week or just every weekend and could win $1k for the weekend.

I would imagine you'd spend some time at the hospital if you weren't good.

I've never rode a bull but i've thought about it. I guess it would look funny seeing a 6'5 300 lb. guy riding a bull
I have rode a mechanical bull before but I didnt last long. I tried riding it 5 times and only was able to stay on for a little more than 3 seconds. For anyone who thinks it easy riding a mechanical bull, You are wrong.
