Cell Phone Minutes

Just out of curiosity, I was wondering how many minutes you guys/gals use a month? All Cell phones in the house included.

My wife and I used almost 1200 last month. I guess her and her boyfriend had a lot to talk about...

I've got Nextel, I only use about 100-150 minutes of phone time a month. I spend most of my time on Direct Connect.

For the last 5 years I've had an 'El Cheapo' plan with 350 daytime minutes per month and unlimited nights. I think I went over my allotment once in 5 years. I think I average a total of about 350-400 minutes per month.

Sounds like you have the same Sprint plan that I do. I've had mine for 5 years and I went over one time. Now I am lucky if I use 10 minutes a month.

I love my Direct connect, I just can't get the wife to use it.

On average my direct connect minutes total to about 550 a month and regular phone minutes total to around 3500 a month. I also dont pay my own phone bill as I also use it as a company phone. My wife uses about 300 direct connect minutes and somewhere around 200 phone minutes.

How can you guys spend that much time on the phone. That's over 60 hours or over 2 1/2 days of straight talking a month. My wife's cell phone and my cell phone plus the wired phone has gotta be less than 100 minutes a month.

66, yes it is. actually it's not bad at all. You can turn off the speaker phone part and use the ear peice if needed. It works great when you are in a crowded area and don't want everyone hearing your conversation, other than using a direct call.

My wife and I have free mobile to mobile, and free nights and weekends. Even then, we never go over 800. I can't figure out why since it takes a pry bar to seperate her phone from her ear...

My oldest son has it. And I always hear that distinct ring. I don't understand why they use the walkie talkie more than the phone itself. I looked into it a few years ago but it wasn't cheap.

I "think" I have free mobile to mobile with everyone that has Verizon. But still 3500, 4000 minutes?
