Mine is my toy and my company truck.
Mine is my toy, as in towing my other toys (motorcycles)back and forth.

And I am crazy about my truck too.

No payments here! Thank god for that. And the pain in the *** part? It's only occasionally. Like the spark plugs (hey 7 out of 8 isn't bad right :o ).

I get too darn attached to my vehicles I drive. I would love to just be able to buy something and call it transportation, but I can't. What I drive has to say something about who I am, kind of a cross between being obnoxious, an azzz, fun, and mostly a nice guy. I'm not superficial nor am I over compensating for things, I just like to drive something that is cool in my eyes. When I get something done its to my liking and I usually want to start over with something else. Unfortunately this habbit is costly but man I like doing it.

Five hancook tires, replaced three, that leave's 2...
drivers seat is ripped on the left seem, the foam beneath is coalapsing...
excessive valve train noise...
replaced two batteries and one altenator and truck still hates starting
new BFG tires to replace the Hancooks
1800.00 to replace rear bumper and reverse sensing system, ( got re ended )
This truck has been a realy hard to keep on the road... in one peace...Half the time it dosent start, so know one can steal it..... not bad for a Ford.....

She's my daily driver. It gets me to and from work so I can make payments on it.

Okay.....

--Tires don't have anything to do with the truck all that much--so that doesn't keep you off the road

--ripped seam in drivers seat doesn't not make it stay off the road

--Valve train noise also does not keep the truck off the road, its just a noise

--Batterys is not a big deal, just buy a good battery

--being rear ending has nothign to do with Fords fault

I don't see how you say you have a POS? and can't keep it on the road?

these things don't seem like a big problem at all

Am I the only one that finds irony in this post?

So ironic in fact that I had to quote it incase it got taken down. There was one really weird part coming from this poster so I had to emphasis that. But the whole thing just kind of gave me the creeps coming from mountaineer! Not to mention the fact that there are only 2 misspelled words and a few punctuation errors, other wise it is completely legible.

I'm getting scared.....
