He is real fair in splitting the money isnt he? 70/30 my rearend, I would play with him for sure, negotioate with him and tell him you want 50/50 or none at all and see what he has to say then.

That scam was going even before computers. As a financial officer in a company, I used to get them by regular mail.

That exact same letter is really big in my area. They have been targeting learning disabled adults and sending them stolen checks to cash with the promise of sending 50% of the check back to them in Nigeria! Absolutely ridiculous but I can't tell you how many times my department gets calls for a person attempting to cash a stolen check at one of those check cashing stores and it turns out to be some poor soul with an iq of 25 just doing what someone asked him to do.
