and he's not sure when he'll be hiring, but it almost sounds to good to be true.

We talked about 3D modeling, which is something they had never considered, but he really liked the idea. Pay would be about the same, maybe a little more, plus yearly bonuses (something they don't even know about where I am now)....

If I got the job I would be THE designer. There would be no one standing over me telling me I can't do this or that then give no reason why...

It's a small company, but been around about 10 years. He even uses some of the same contacts I use now.

I wouldn't have to do all the pruchasing and inventory control, and shop management, etc, etc that I do now.

Said he'd give me a call in a couple days... I'm kind of excited... Seems like a nice small everybody involved kinda company. Just what I'm looking for...

One of our salesmen here just snuck into my office. He's the one who told me about the job, and is friends with the guy I interviewed with (the owner). He gave me a great recommendation again, and was told I had the job. They just had to decide how soon they could bring me on...



I just feel kinda bad about leaving a friend here to take over all I have to do... The way things are they may not even hire someone to replace me, and just expect him to cover all I do, as they did me when 2 other people left...

But still I'M EXCITED!!!
