Truck Performance Shop???

Okay, I am sportscar nut, motorcycle nut, and fast becoming a truck nut!! I got a big confession to make. I can't turn a wrench not even the smallest way!! That's the truth. At one time I had 4 cars and 2 motorcycles at the same time. They all stayed in good shape. Just like right now, I am pushing a 1988 RX7 Turbo II, and that is serviced by RX7 Performance in Manassas, Va. My bikes are serviced by MRP in Glen Burnie, Md. All these shops are race oreinted, the owners race, and they take care of race/performance machines.

Now, with the mods I will be putting on my truck, I need to find me a truck performance shop in the Baltimore, DC, and Northern Va area. Don't want to take my truck to a filling station, and I am quite sure the dealer won't put on performance parts. Thinking about getting a new air filter system, a tuner (Xcal) I think, get my truck lowered 2 inches all around, and shortly thereafter, an exhaust system.

Example of my knowledge of wrenching: I tried to change the oil on my GSX R1000, just the oil, all I needed to do was drop the drain plug which is fully accessable and in full view on the bottom of the bike, and I gave it TWO FULL TURNS in the opposite direction!! Just letting everybody know how BAD I am when it comes to wrenching. But, driving the sportscar and riding the sportbike, I am an old art form in motion!!

Anybody know of any good truck performance shops within a 100 mile radius of Baltimore, Md???

The air system is EASY to do. If you are talking about an intake, it is as simple as changing the oil. Go to the tuner section and talk withMike Troyer(superchips distribuotr) I think is his name. An exhaust and the lowering you can go to most any shop to get done.
