I lied, I don't really have three jobs.
One of the other busboys quit so, I picked up all his shifts.
I counted that as a third job.

Thanks Mr Bush.

If the unemployment rate is so low why can't I, a recent college graduate (with honors, no less) get a job?

Really? What are your chances..wait are you saying iowa is a bad place? LOL....what do you do for a living Jamz? Actually I like living in Iowa. Northwest Iowa to be exact. Summer is fantastic at the great lakes of iowa. Jobs seem to be decent around here. Good hunting, lots of beer drinking and some women..what could a guy want more of?

Well if you don't like Iowa, come on over to Jersey...that is if you like the Ocean, beaches, boats, bars and women all summer long.

College education, honors or not, is not a qualification for employment.

What practical and related experience do you have...who do you know in the field...how are you searching...how high are your goals set for a beginning position...where are you looking for work...do you act like an asshat during the interview...

Too many possibilities for you to blame the end answer on anybody but yourself. If you want to work in America, you can, ask all the illegal immigrants.

Looks like we have the lowest unemployment since 2001. Time to find a new job. I mentioned my GF walked out of here last week; she couldnt take any more of it. She starts her new job next Monday and will be making more than she did before....actually she'll be making as much as I make....I better get that corrected before I lose control.
Unemployment numbers are very deceiving. When your unemployment benefits run out, which happens many many times, you are no longer an unemployment statistic. You are considered employed.

You should go into politics. With a college education and your backwards way of thinking you would be perfect for the job of Senator.

When the unemployment rate is low it means that more people have found jobs wich in turn means that there are less jobs to be had.

It was mentioned before that you could move to Iowa. I ended up going to work in Iowa myself. The employers in that state love to see people from out of state apply for jobs as most of the people in the state are unemployable

I know. I have three of them.
Ah! 3 jobs! Just the way Bush likes it! Why earn enough money in one job when you can earn the same for doing 3 jobs!

You can get a job. You just have to go to the country where the jobs went.
