Worry Wart!

Hey all,

I'm sorry to post this on here as I know you guys don't wanna hear about it, but I am worried and need some prayers. So as I mentioned before I had a miscarriage last year when I was 7.5 weeks along. Not very far along, but still one of the worst experiences in my life. Well anyhoo, since that experience I have been very attentive to everything that's going on with my body and this pregnancy. Today I feel GREAT and that worries me. Normally I feel uneasy/queasy and all sorts of other stuff.

So anyhoo, I would just like a few prayers sent my way that today is just a good day and everything is fine. THANKS GUYS!

Denise

RC,

chill out. My wife had a rough pregnancy so I kind of understand what you're feeling.

You're supposed to feel great. Take it for what it is and enjoy it. Pretty soon you'll be bloated and have to pee every 10 minutes.

Dont they call that "mood swings"

I'snt that what happens when you're pregnant?

I'sn't that normal?

You will be fine. I'm sure your having a good day. I've seen my two sisters and two sister in laws go thru it for a total of 8 kids. Somedays I loved them, and somedays I wanted to kill them....One day they couldn't even stand up and walk to the kitchen, other days they would go to the mall and shop all day..I dont get, nor do I want to

In any case, you are in my prayers today and everyday

BREW

RC-Every pregnancy is different. You'll have good days and bad days. Today is a good day. Maybe you even reached the point where the nausea is stopping. Try not to worry. You are in my prayers.

My wife and I lost ours last year at 8 weeks, and now we are expecting again. Expecting isn't the word for it, she was due yesterday, and still hasn't had him. I can't say that I understand what you are going through, as I have never been pregnant, but I have seen what my wife went through. The first several weeks, she was a wreck. And then after she felt him start moving, she would call the doctor every time he stopped moving. He would tell her to calm down as it is only causing stress on the baby, and try to relax.
I guess what I'm trying to say is just try to take it easy, take one day at a time, and remember that you are in all of our prayers.

Statistically you've got great odds this time around. If I was in Vegas, I'd bet on your expected finanical burden to come out just fine & heathly.

RC,

This is an exciting time in your life! I can see how you are excited and scared at the tsame time, and I don't blame you for being scared after what happend last time. I'm sorry to hear about the miscarriage last time as thats always a horrable loss to have and in your memory.

I have always belived in that "everything happends for a reason" Only the man upstairs is in charge of what goes on, and I wish you all my luck as I will send prayers out to you as well and hope nothing but good for you and the coming 9 months!

In the meantime, just stay strong, have a positve attitude and just enjoy life and the gift thats coming into this world!

Best of luck to you RC!!!!

Miscarriages are quite common. It doesn't mean something is wrong with you. Many of our friends have had them and had successful pregnancies after them. We even have friends that have had several miscarriages in a row. They also wound up delivering healthy babies. So don't try to dwell on it. You will eventually deliver a heathy one. Just get the nursery ready.

RC,
This is proof that the un-thinkable can happen. Just look at how intelligent and well spoken this post is.

You're gonna be fine. The feelings you are having are normal. I have five kids so I have been around this block a couple of times. My wife used to drive me crazy with each one of them cause I never knew how she was going to be when I got home from work each day.

Just kick back, put your feet up and grab some Bon-Bons.

I think you mean Bobby Mcferrin. Not that I liked that song, but I think Bob Marley would be rolling over in his grave if he thought anyone would think that's one of his.
RC, take it slow. My wife had a MC early on, and when we found out the second time, I swear she was going to stress herself over the fear it would happen again. Any little pain was... OMG, I gotta see the doctor !!! Everything worked out fine -hang in there, prayers your way!
