Actually, that was the hitch cover on her station wagon, until it got knocked off backing out of our driveway because she had a few hundred pounds of crap in the back. Luckily, the neighbor stopped her before she could drag it too far up the road (trailer wiring was still atached). I'm wondering whether or not I should put it back on. I think she tried to rip it off on purpose.
