Anyone use an Internet line busy call forward service? Call Wave?

I need another phone set up on my current internet line. I checked into the Call Wave service. That will allow me to see if someone is calling and answer my phone. I use this phone for business so although internet usage during the day is minimal, I can't have the line tied up at all. Call Wave is $7.95 per month. Anyone have experience with this service or one similar?
Thanks for the help.

Here we have what is called internet call manager. Probably the same thing. When we get a call there is a box that pops up on the screen that says incoming call and it gives phone number and name of person calling. It has options you can hit, answer call, ignore, leave message. If you answer the call you get 5 minutes and it cuts you off. If you ignore it goes right to voice mail.

When I was on dial up my phone company had a service called Call Forward on Busy. I had my cell phone as the forward when busy. I set my dialer to disable call waiting so if anybody called while I was online then it was busy. So then the phone company forwarded calls to my cell phone when the I was online.
