I go to bed last night with my usual understanding that the men in France are just a large collection of manginas..........I wake up this morning to read the following headline:

Maybe Chirac is finally realizing that appeasement doesn't work. Either that or he's just taking lessons from the inneffectual and corrupt U.N. by issuing worthless threats with no intention of backing them up.
